How does the ordering process work at Lindtbergh?

Select an item and put it in the shopping cart
Select the item in our Lindtbergh webshop that you want to purchase and click on it. Place it in the shopping cart by - without obligation - clicking on the black 'add to cart' button. You can remove the product from the shopping cart again by clicking on the 'remove' button. You can also increase or decrease the selected number by changing the number in the box. When you are satisfied with your choice, click on the 'to shopping cart' button.

Complete order
Address:
If you already have an account with us, please log in with your email address and personal password. You can enter a new address by clicking the 'add new address' button. Confirm the delivery address by clicking the 'next' button. If you do not yet have an account with Lindtbergh, you can simply enter the details and click 'continue'. In order to ship your products properly, we need your address details. These are therefore mandatory.
Payment method:
Select your desired payment method. An overview of this and more information about our payment methods can be found here. After choosing the payment method, click on the 'next' button.
Double check and send:
On the next page we have summarized the order for you again. You can adjust all data again via the 'edit' link. By clicking the 'buy now' button, you enter into a purchase obligation for the items in the shopping cart.

Confirmation of your order
After submitting your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt by e-mail. This summarizes all the information surrounding your order for you again, so that you have all the information at your disposal. This email is only to confirm that the order has arrived successfully.

Purchase agreement
When an agreement has been reached between you and Lindtbergh, it depends on the payment method you have chosen. You can find more information about this on our customer information page.

Delivery
Orders are shipped within two [2] to three [3] business days, Monday through Friday. Bicycles are shipped abroad by courier. All important documents are added directly to the products, such as any required manual, further papers and of course the invoice, with the VAT stated on it.

How can I order an item afterwards?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to add an item to your order afterwards. This is because your order will be processed immediately after payment and confirmation.

There is a minimum order value
No, there is no minimum order value for orders. Shipping costs do vary per order.

Can I also order items that are not in the Lindtbergh range?
No, unfortunately we can only supply the items that we also offer in our webshop. Unfortunately, we cannot fulfill special orders.

The Lindtbergh bicycles are assembled and delivered to the customer ready to ride
All bicycles at Lindtbergh are assembled and assembled exclusively by experienced bicycle mechanics. The bicycle supplied by Lindtbergh is delivered to you 100% ready to ride. So you no longer have to assemble anything yourself. Our partner will give you a brief explanation of the important things you need to know to be able to hit the road without any worries. We always recommend that you check all important parts carefully before your first bike ride. If necessary, all [safety] instructions or important information are included.
