We will take care of your first check-up.

At Lindtbergh we believe it is important that our cyclists get on their Lindtbergh safely, with pleasure and with a smile on their face every day. In doing so, it is our concern that your Lindtbergh is checked after 750-1000 km or after 4-9 months to see if all parts are still functioning optimally. To ensure this, we work together with a number of bicycle repair services that come to you at home, at work or at another location in the Netherlands. If you would like to use this check-up service, Lindtbergh would be happy to help you with this.

Taking a test drive at home.

In order to decide whether a Lindtbergh is the electric bike that suits you, it is very important that you can test it for a certain period. Our 30-day return guarantee offers you ample opportunity to be sure that you have made the right choice. We do not doubt this, but we also want to offer you the opportunity to experience this. We work together with a nationwide mobility service provider who will ensure that the bike is delivered to you and make your purchase ready to ride, so that you can immediately hit the road without any worries.

First year discount on mobility insurance.

After purchasing your new Lindtbergh, you can receive a considerable discount from us on your first year of mobility insurance. We attach great importance to your Lindtbergh being well insured and allowing you to enjoy your riding pleasure without any interruptions. After the first year, the bicycle insurer will contact you to extend the insurance under very favourable premium conditions.

Because we can deliver directly to our customers, we can keep our sales price to our customers low. Thanks to our concept of delivering directly from the manufacturer, you save considerable costs. Various intermediaries [such as the middleman] are skipped. The advantage that we save for you, we pass on to you. This advantage can amount to 30-40%.

Optimal service after your purchase.

After purchasing your new Lindtbergh, we will not let you down. If there is anything wrong with your Lindtbergh after purchase, we provide extensive service. For repairs, wherever you are in the Netherlands; at home, at work or on your holiday address in the Netherlands, we work with a number of mobile bicycle repair services, so help is always close by. At Lindtbergh, when you purchase an Enduro Vergo, Enduro Adventure or Enduro Zodiac, you will receive a free 3-year full warranty on your Lindtbergh bicycle. If you have your electric bicycle serviced annually by one of our services partner, we will extend the 3-year warranty period by 2 years to a 5-year warranty period.
