At Lindtbergh we want to make sure you have the best experience with your new bike, that's why we deliver our bikes right to your home. Read more about the ordering and delivery process below. With Lindtbergh home delivery, you get more than just a bike delivered to your doorstep. When your bike is delivered you can rest assured that Lindtbergh has fully assembled and checked your bike and after a few simple steps the bike will be ready to ride as soon as you receive your Lindtbergh.


Changing or cancelling your order.
BWhen you place an order, the process starts immediately. You can change or cancel your order within 24 hours by calling us or sending an email to support@lindtbergh.com.
If you want to pick up your order and have not picked it up yet, our Support team can issue a refund within two to three working days, provided that we have received the payment. For changes, such as a different delivery address or adding/removing an item, this is also possible within 24 hours.
If you have already received your order, you can return the bike to us as soon as our Support team has sent an email to confirm that you are within the return period. In other cases, the item will be delivered first and can be returned afterwards.




We understand the importance of the right product and size and we want you to be happy with your Lindtbergh products.
At Lindtbergh, we strive for your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days, we will gladly take the product back without further costs. For us, an exchange means returning the product.
In order to be able to exchange, the products must have been purchased on our website. When returning/exchanging, please remember that the original purchase receipt is required and that the products must be in good condition, even if you have already driven a few kilometers [A little dust on the tires is no problem. If a refund is granted and you return the entire order, you will receive the purchase price including any shipping costs back. If you return part of the order, you will only receive the purchase price of the returned products. As soon as we have received your order in good order, your money will be refunded. Refunds are usually credited to your account within 2-3 days, but it can take up to 5 days, depending on your bank. ​
