At Lindtbergh we have a 30 day return policy. We understand very well that even though the Lindtbergh bicycle is love at first sight, you may change your mind after a short test period or find out that our bicycle or item is not the right product for you. No problem, you can simply return the bicycle or item free of charge within 30 days.

When you have placed an order, the process starts immediately and you can change or cancel it within 24 hours by calling us or sending an email to support@lindtbergh.com. If you want to pick up your order and you haven't picked it up yet, our Support team can issue a refund within two business days [provided we've already received payment]. If you have already received your order, once our support team has sent an email to confirm that you are within the return period, you can return the bike to us. If you want to change your order [for example add or remove another delivery address or item] you can do so within 24 hours. In other cases, the item will be delivered first and can then be returned.

We understand the importance of the right product and size and we want you to be happy with your Lindtbergh products.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase at Lindtbergh.com within 30 days for any reason, we will take the product back without any further costs or hassle. Exchange means return to us. We will then deliver the new product to you.
Questions about your purchase should be directed to us. If you do not like our products, that is not a problem, but there are some requirements for a return product:

If you don't like cycling and you have already ridden a few kilometers with it, make sure that you have handled the bicycle with care. For damaged bicycles [only some dust on the tires is no problem] we cannot refund the entire purchase price. Read here what the additional conditions are.

Think of our 30-day period as a 30-day long test drive.
If a refund is granted and you return the entire order, you will receive the purchase price including any shipping costs back. If you return part of the order, you will only receive the purchase price of the returned products. As soon as we have received your order back in good order, you will receive your money back. Refunds are usually in your account within 10 days, but it can take up to about 30 days depending on your bank.
