#Bicycle frame geometry.
The correct frame height has a direct influence on your sitting position and therefore on the ride quality and comfort. Not only the body size plays a role here, but this can also serve as a starting point for finding the right frame height. Likewise, your individual proportions of upper body, arm and leg length are decisive for choosing the right frame size.

Frame height advice.
What is the correct frame height?

The correct frame height ensures a comfortable posture. The frame height is initially determined by your height and leg length.
Which frame size you need depends, among other things, on the frame type and the type of bicycle you want to purchase. When you choose a different type of frame, a different frame height may be advised. If you go for a trapeze frame, you are often bent over in a sporty position. Your personal preference is also important.
#Can I record the frame size myself?
Do you want to calculate yourself which frame size bike you need for your height?
That is possible! Then quickly grab a tape measure and calculator and calculate it yourself.
1. Grab a tape measure 2. Take off your shoes and socks 3. Place your feet 20 cm apart 4. Measure the distance from your crotch to the ground 5. Multiply this distance by 0.68. This is your ideal frame size. Do you have a bicycle with a suspension seatpost? Then take your frame size minus 4 before multiplying it.

The suspension fork. What is better a suspension fork or a rigid front fork?

The mounting for the front wheel axle is located on the underside of each fork leg. Two types of front forks can be found on bicycles: the rigid or rigid front fork and the suspension fork. The difference between the two is that the suspension fork, in contrast to the rigid or rigid front fork, is equipped with shock absorbers and spring elements. How does a suspension fork work and what are the differences.
