Order status

To see the status of your order and delivery, we will send you a confirmation email with a track and trace number, so that you can follow your shipment via the track & trace link of the carrier. If you still have questions, you can contact our Customer Care team. They can be reached on number 088 - 4500 600 from Monday to Friday during office hours [08.30 to 17:30]. Of course you can also send an e-mail.

Delivery costs
All bikes are shipped FREE of charge as standard and for all orders over EUR 99.00, these are also sent free of charge. Just like all orders that are collected from us or, if possible, from a service point. Lindtbergh ships orders from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Bicycles that are delivered to your home will be delivered to you within 2-3 working days at the latest.

International shipping
In addition to shipments within the Netherlands [with the exception of the Wadden Islands], we also offer international shipments. We charge transport costs for these shipments. The height depends on where the bicycle is to be sent. We currently ship to the following countries: Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Luxembourg Austria, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, the United Kingdom and the United States.

Send to PO Box
At the moment we can only ship to home and work addresses. If you only have a PO box, we recommend having your order delivered to your home for free or pick it up at Lindtbergh! We do not forward orders to external addresses.

Send to home address
Possible for both bicycles and accessories. On delivery, make sure you can show the following documents:
1. A copy of your order or confirmation email
2. Your debit or credit card with which you paid
3. An identification document with a passport photo [driving license or passport]

Pick up at service point
If it is possible that you can pick up our bicycle or accessories at a service point, make sure you can show the following documents:
1. A copy of your order or confirmation email
2. Your debit or credit card with which you paid
3. An identification document with a passport photo [driving license or passport]

Refund shipping costs
If we have made a mistake with your order, such as an incorrectly shipped item or damage during shipping, Lindtbergh will refund the shipping costs incurred [if shipping costs have been charged]. Shipping costs will be refunded if:

Shipping costs will not be refunded if you have placed an order below EUR 99.00 and you return it.
