Is my order insured during transport? If so, what exactly is insured?
We have taken out transport insurance for every order that leaves our logistics center. These costs are our responsibility. You pay nothing. The transport insurance covers all damage and losses up to and including receipt of the goods. In any case, you will receive a flawless and undamaged package with the complete contents of the order. Everything else is our concern. If something is indeed damaged, the product will be replaced quickly and easily.

What are the shipping costs for mixed goods?
The shipping costs for general cargo [bicycles + small parts] are always calculated based on the bicycle ordered. So if you order a bicycle, we will take over the shipping costs for the small parts you order, regardless of the amount. The order value for bicycles is always calculated independently of the small parts ordered. ​
Shipping costs for items up to an amount of € 99.00 are € 7.99. Shipping costs above €99.00 are free.

What is the delivery time?
The estimated delivery time of your order is displayed during the payment process. We aim to deliver your bicycle to your home within 3-5 working days. Our carrier will contact you to make a delivery appointment to your home.If this does not work, we will let you know immediately.

Which transport company will deliver my order?
We work with a regular delivery partner for the delivery of your order within the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium. They will deliver your bicycle to you 100% ready to ride and will allow half an hour to give you a brief explanation about your bicycle and how it works.
Abroad:
Deliveries outside the above area are made, depending on the size and quantity, by our international forwarder or via our partners DHL, DPD or Fedex.
After successful shipment of your order from our logistics center, you will receive a shipping confirmation or a tracking number from us by email with which you can track the order. The tracking indicates an expected day of delivery. We also strive to indicate a specific time or time slot.
Please note: delivery of your order will take place to the front door if delivered by DHL, DPD or Fedex, and to the curb if delivered by our forwarder.
We would like to point out that our shipments are scheduled automatically and that we cannot process a preference for a specific carrier.

Can the delivery address be changed after ordering?
No, unfortunately it is no longer possible to change the data after delivery to our logistics partner. However, you can always contact us. We may be able to change the shipping information for you.

On which days will my order be delivered?
In the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium, your order will be delivered on working days from Monday to Friday between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM. Your order will be delivered abroad from Monday to Friday.

At what time exactly will my order be delivered?
No, unfortunately this is not possible. Our logistics partner has no influence on the exact delivery time. We aim to provide an expected time or time slot for your order to be delivered.
