Can I return my Lindtbergh?

Returns are free and I will receive my full purchase price back.

Returning your bicycle is free. We will collect your bicycle from your home free of charge. In principle, you will receive the full purchase amount refunded to your bank account within 5 working days. Whether you will receive your full purchase price back depends on the condition of your bicycle and how many kilometers have been traveled. Further on you can read what conditions are attached to this.

 

What are the return conditions

You can register your product for return up to 30 days after the invoice date of your purchase, provided that the product is complete, unused and undamaged.

'30-day money back guarantee': products to which this applies can be registered for return up to 30 days after purchase, even if the product has been used and tested by you. Returns are free and you will receive a refund of your purchase price, provided the following additional conditions are met.

 

Still not satisfied with your Lindtbergh after the test period?

Please contact our customer service by telephone within 30 days of purchasing your bicycle. We will register your bicycle for return. Our forwarder will contact you to make an appointment to collect the bicycle.

  • Remove the pedals from the bicycle (if necessary). Tilt your handlebars again.

  • Our forwarder will provide a box and protection during transportation.

  • Once we receive your bike from our forwarder, we will review the product [see terms below] and issue a refund. You will receive a confirmation from us by email once we have processed your return. We will then ensure that you receive your money back within 5 working days.

Returning products that have been driven and/or damaged:

If you have already used the product during the 30-day test period or if the product has been used and/or damaged during the 30-day test period, you will not receive a full refund. We apply the following conditions:

  • The product is not damaged and has not been driven. You will receive the full purchase amount back

  • The product is damaged but has not been driven further. We assess the product and assess the damage. Depending on the damage, you will not receive the entire purchase amount back, but we will deduct a percentage from your purchase amount, depending on the extent of the damage.

  • The bicycle has already been ridden for test kilometers, no more than 50 km, and provided the product is in good condition, you will receive a refund of up to 90% of the purchase price.

  • The bicycle has already been ridden test kilometers, between 50 and 150 km, and provided the product is in good condition, a maximum of 80% of the purchase price will be refunded.

  • The bicycle has already been ridden for test kilometers, more than 150 km, and provided the product is in good condition, you will receive a maximum of 70% of the purchase price back.

 

​Can I exchange a product?

Exchange means return with us! Register your return online and immediately order the correct product. You will receive this within 3-5 days. You will receive a refund for your returned product within 5 working days after we have processed your return and the product meets one of the above conditions.
